Formatting and Submission for EuroVis 2010

Papers should be at most 9 pages excluding references and at most 10 pages including references. We encourage the use of digital video to support the submission, particularly if part or all of the work covers interactive techniques. This variable page limit should encourage authors to use a reasonable amount of space to address related work and explicitly cite all relevant references from the literature.

Prepare your submission as a PDF file, using this LaTeX2e style file (including document class, style file, sample LaTeX2e source, and corresponding PDF output file). If you want to use another package to typeset your paper, please reproduce the style and layout in the sample PDF file as closely as you can in the system you are using. In either case, please make sure that an image embedded in your paper does not contain transparent pixels (i.e. an alphachannel of a transparent color) because this will lead to problems when the resulting PDF is displayed or printed.
Your submission can also include supplementary material such as video or executable programs, up to a limit of 50MB for the entire submission including PDF. Please use only the most common possible video codecs to maximize the chances that the reviewers can see it.

Papers should be submitted through the Precision Conference System.

Posters should be at most 2 pages, using this LaTeX2e style file (including document class, style file, sample LaTeX2e source, and corresponding PDF output file). If you want to use another package to typeset your paper, please reproduce the style and layout in the sample PDF file as closely as you can in the system you are using.

Posters should be submitted by sending the document directly to the poster chair.
